Michael, our newly rescued child

Meet Michael, our new and latest rescued child.

According to him, his father had been accusing him of being a witch and responsible for the hardship in the family.
On two occasions, he has been stabbed on the head with matchet by the father, resulting in the big scar on his head.

Michael was finally taken away from home by the father in the night through a far distance so he wouldn’t be able to trace home again.
Since then, Michael has been on the road all alone where he, once got knocked down by passing car.

Child witch branding and stigmatization has been a big challenge faced by many children in Nigeria.

Many children have been killed as a result while some have been left to live on the streets.

However, Michael had survived all these and is beginning a new chapter under our care and had since started school.

Let’s show some love for the Strong Michael❤❤❤
