Godwin and Sarah began with learning the techniques involved from preparing the seeds, getting the soil ready for the crop, to caring for the seedlings until they started germinating. The process continued till the germination took place 3 weeks later and the seedlings were transplanted to recycled bags with stands which they used as the final settlement for the germinated seedlings. About 3000 stands of tomatoes were ready to be watered, fertilized, and cared for for another 3 months till they fruited.

This project which covers Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics Laboratories is aimed at producing the future generations of scientists who will practically solve problems using science. Since the completion of the project in April 2021, the children have had 45 science practical experiment sessions facilitated by the new Science Practical Instructor.
Group study among children should be encouraged because it promotes special values of team work, tolerance, love and generosity which is essential in life as they grow to become adults that will face life’s challenges independently. It foster skills of coordination, instruction and supervision.
It’s always exciting to have our children make significant steps in their developmental process. Today, six of the children started their Technical College education!!
Technical College combine the conventional subjects like English and mathematics, sciences with practical technical and vocational trainings like Information and Communications Technology (ICT), paint making, furniture making, fashion design and electrical wiring, etc.Skill development and ICT in education is very important.
